One year ago I would not have recommended these units. After extensive renovation I can say that these units are a good entry level investment with studios under $120,000 and Side-by-Side studios for $175,000USD. Located at the Southern tip of the island of Cancun around KM 19.

The condos at Cancun Plaza are on the South end of Cancun. What a great opportunity to buy the perfect beachfront vacation property on a spectacular beach, 10 minutes south of the center of the hotel zone. This is 1/2 the cost of a similar property in the US -only there is no Caribbean in the US and operating costs are 100 to 200% more in the US. Yes these properties do pay for themselves.
