time shares for 25% of their original value on the used time
share market.
A typical time share costs between $15,000 and $25,000 for
1 weeks use of a resort condominium. On top of that you must
pay a weekly service charge each time you use the condo on
average of $450/week.
As
a Condo Club Partner you would you split the real purchase
and operating costs between 2 to 12 other partners. At a minimum
you would get 2 weeks use in high season and 2 weeks use of
the condo in low season.

appreciates (many properties in Cancun are appreciating at
over 5%/month) and you profit with rental income when you
