Gary,
We
wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all of the
assistance, information and encouragement you offered during
the purchase of our condominium in Cancun. You know how nervous
we were about buying property outside of the US but your perseverance
with a difficult seller and your extensive knowledge of Mexican
real estate laws made the experience quite easy. I especially
wanted to thank you for being there every time we had a question,
answering the numerous telephone calls and e-mails, this was
quite comforting for anxious buyers. I think I was most surprised
by the ease with which you made our closing in Cancun. Having
someone, who spoke English, meet us at the airport and walk
us through each aspect of the sale, was extraordinary. Now
we have a wonderful second home on the beach in Cancun and
we couldn’t be happier.

I write
you in regards to Cancun4U. I purchased my condo back in July/August
of 2004 from Cancun4u. When I landed off the airplane, Gary
and his partner Alex were at the airport waiting to greet
me. They then drove me everywhere around Cancun. Showing me
the different types of neighborhoods, informing me on which
areas were the best investments locations.

In Mexico it
is quite different; you deal with a Public Notary the entire
time and NOT a Title/Real Estate agent like always like here
in the U.S.A. Gary would attend every single meeting with
me with no hesitations. As far as Gary and his partner. AWESOME.

I am one
of those people that ask a million questions, and they answered
every question in full detail. They even took me and my friend
out for dinner and drinks one evening. They are very personable
and NOT all high sales pressure like a car lot salesman.

They are
very No Pressure type guys. From what I saw they were there
for me and not themselves. The area that I bought in has doubled
100% profit in just the past 2 years and 6 months since I
bought the condo from them. The people there are friendly
and are regular people just like you and I, you don’t
ever feel unsafe late at night or in different neighborhoods
it is safe. I don’t ever have to put my wallet in my
front pocket in fear of thieves; it is overall a very safe/beautiful
town.

I met
so many nice taxi cab drivers, restaurant and shop owners
etc. They locals are very nice in Cancun. I wouldn’t
buy or sell with anyone else but Cancun4u at this point, they
will lead you to the best locations trust me. Cancun is a
paradise and huge tourist attraction. Its property values
are still undervalued and low priced.

Soon rich
south Americans, Europeans, and Americans will be buying up
most of the real estate there in time, its already showing
signs of it with $400,000 to $500,000 plus USD prices in the
same area I purchased in!!!!

Every time I go
there are more and more people that there was the
last time I visited. The best feeling to me was after
the purchase was final after all the fear of buying
in a foreign country than my own, walking out on my
balcony with the ocean waves crashing against the
sand and having a 100% view of the ocean knowing I
owned this piece on land and not only that but here
in Southern California where I live, this place would
be worth over a million dollars in California. If

to Gary, realtor:
I have worked with Gary on several occasions as my realtor
in Cancun, Mexico. He always went the "extra mile"
to help me out in different ways. Many were not real estate
oriented! He is a great guy, and is very trustworthy and
honest. He works very hard to get the right property that
you are looking for.
He is an American citizen, but knows the Mexican real estate
market well. He was an engineer with Ford Motor Company
for many years, and has a very sold background and credentials.
He helped us buy some great investments that have already
